Delhi Chief Minister (CM) Arvind Kejriwal today claimed that several BJP leaders participated in the AAP’s 'Grand Rally' against the ordinance brought by the central government.

On Sunday, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) organised the 'Maha Rally' at Ramlila Ground, which was attended by thousands of people. The rally was also attended by Congress leader and senior advocate Kapil Sibal. Kejriwal said that BJP workers and supporters attended the rally as they were unhappy with the Centre's ordinance on control of services. He claimed to have the support of all opposition parties, stating that he would pressure the central government to withdraw the ordinance. Kejriwal also accused the entire BJP of hindering the development work in Delhi by introducing the ordinance.

At the rally, Kejriwal mentioned that on May 11, the Supreme Court's constitution bench issued a favourable order for Delhi. However, on May 19, PM Modi rejected it, stating that he did not accept the Supreme Court's decision. On this issue, AAP Chief has met with leaders of almost all opposition parties and has also appealed for a vote against this order in the Rajya Sabha.
