Sonata Software, KEC International and HUDCO to see some action today

Sonata Software has secured a multi-million dollar Modernization deal with a global leader in access solutions. This transformation deal will integrate and standardize the client’s APAC business processes across 13 countries, ensuring seamless operations and real-time engagement with customers, suppliers, distributors, and partners. As part of this digital transformation journey, Sonata Software will partner with the client to modernize their Dynamics AX 2012 R3 to state-of-the-art D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.

KEC International has secured prestigious turnkey orders of Rs 1,704 crore in its Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business for Design, Supply and Installation of 765 kV Transmission Lines and GIS Substations from Power Grid Corporation of India (PGCIL).

Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NBCC (India), on November 27, 2024 at New Delhi for development of a land parcel of 10 acres, owned by HUDCO at NOIDA. HUDCO, on the said land, intends to create an Institutional complex with world class amenities which is likely to have 8.71 Lakh sq ft. of built-up area with a mix of office space, studio apartments, conference space and retail & common facilities. NBCC will undertake the execution of the said project with the scope of Concept-to-Commissioning. 

Prime Securities has acquired equity shares in Ticker, a Company providing technology solutions for Virtual Digital Asset Industry, for a total consideration of Rs 1,100 lakh. Object of the acquisition is to make investment in digitally powered platform.

Aarti Drugs’ subsidiary -- Pinnacle Chile SpA, has incorporated an overseas wholly owned subsidiary in the name of Pharma Go SpA for marketing the formulation drugs and participating in tender and private market in Chile. Its business is in line with the business of its holding Companies. The newly incorporated Company i.e. Pharma Go SpA becomes a step down subsidiary of the Aarti Drugs.
