Om Metals Infraprojects, incorporated in the year 1971, is a conglomerate having diverse business activities and interests related to hydro mechanical equipments, turnkey solutions for steel fabrication, hydro power developments, real estate, leasing, finance, entertainment centers, hotels and tourism.

It is a pioneer in the field of turnkey execution from design, detailed engineering, manufacture, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of complete range of hydromechanical equipments for hydroelectric power & irrigation projects, PHED, PWD & various corporations. Om Metals Infraprojects Ltd. has to its credentials more than 40 projects completed all over India and abroad for design, manufacture, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of hydro-mechanical equipments.

Employing more than 100 managerial & technical personnel, and more than 300 skilled and semi skilled manpower, OM Metals is fully capable and resourceful to execute the projects of any magnitude timely and confidently. It has key and critical plants, tools, equipments and manpower required to execute turnkey contracts for small, medium and large hydro electric power projects.

Om Metals is well acquainted with modernized methods of fabrication and erection and have successfully completed the works in remote areas, difficult climate & natural site conditions, logistics bottlenecks, difficult roads and great distances.

Its track record in executing turnkey contracts involving design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of hydro mechanical works of similar nature and magnitude for major hydro electric and multipurpose projects has been exemplary as evidenced from successful completion of these works on schedule and mostly ahead of schedule. To name a few, we have completed Kurichu H.E. project, Bhutan much ahead of schedule and got bonus and incentives (Rs. 5.05 crores ) for speedy completion. Also we have executed the Upper Krishna project, Almatti dam ahead of schedule.

Incorporated in 1971, Om Metals Infraprojects Ltd. is a leading ISO 9001 engineering construction company with a strong presence in the Hydropower sector and experience spanning more than 3 decades.

Engaged in diversified activities such as execution of turnkey hydro-mechanical contracts for hydropower & irrigation projects, real estate development and infrastructure projects. It has successfully executed more than 45 hydro-mechanical contracts for Hydro-power & Irrigation projects across the country, valued at more than $ 125 milllion. Real estate- Om Infraprojects has successfully forayed into the realty sector and has to its credit landmark projects, which have changed the skyline of the cities they have been constructed in. These properties include:

  • Om Cineplex in Kota, Rajasthan a multiplex-cum-shopping complex with 3 screens, seating capacity of 1200 people and encompasses numerous shops and restaurants. This is the first of its kind in Rajasthan which has been recently leased out to INOX and the agreement for this has already been signed.
  • Om Towers, Jaipur is the flagship hotel of Om Infraprojects. This 58-room hotel is the only revolving restaurant in the city and is the tallest building in Rajasthan.
  • Om Enclave in Kota, Rajasthan. This residential township has flats, villas and apartments and provides residents a complete lifestyle experience with a shopping mall, multiplex and health club in its vicinity.

Infrastructure- Om Metals first infrastructure project is the mammoth Pondicherry Special Economic Zone (SEZ) and port project.

The Pondicherry government has recently signed an agreement for the developmental work of its SEZs and port valued approximately at Rs 17000 milion over a five year period with Kolkata-based Subhash Projects, an engineering and construction firm who has partnered with Om Infraprojects to carry out this extensive project. Om Infraprojects brings to the partnership its strong engineering skills and steel fabrication expertise, the basic foundation for developing SEZs and ports. the SEZ, to be developed on a greenfield land of 1000 acres, is envisaged to be a self-sufficient township comprising of corporate parks, IT zones, export zones, residential apartments and hotels. The company plans to develop the port to be amongst the best in South East Asia. The revenue from this project will be on a Built Operate Transfer (BOT) basis, and will accrue once the port is operational.
