The company was earlier known as Everest Marketing, it got its present name on November 2, 2000. The worldwide group of companies includes Everest International, a sales and service distributor for Motorola cell phones in Mumbai.

It offers solutions to comply with the Basel II Accord, Sarbanes Oxley named Clause 49, the Financial Modernization Act or Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, 2002, and the US Patriot Act.

Dealing with the top companies in India, its clients include most of the leading names of corporate India, government offices, defence, Prime Ministerâ€™s Office, ministries, railways, and oil companies, among others.
