Suzlon Energy (SEL) is currently trading at Rs 19.30, up by 0.65 points or 3.49% from its previous closing of Rs 18.65 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 19.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs 19.40 and Rs 18.80 respectively. So far 1402456 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 58.45 on 21-Apr-2011 and a 52 week low of Rs 17.50 on 20-Dec-2011.

SEL, the world’s fifth leading and India’s largest wind turbine manufacturer has secured cumulative orders worth Rs 935 crore of 16,630 MW in India over a two month period, excluding orders announced separately.
These cover various firm orders secured between October 22 and December 22, 2011 and represent a strong customer-mix, covering PSUs, large corporates and SMEs with order sizes ranging from as small as 0.6 MW to 20 MW.
Recently, Suzlon Group’s wholly-owned subsidiary - REpower - signed a deal to supply 20.5 MW to Sixpenny Wood wind farm, which has been developed by Your Energy, a subsidiary of AES Wind Generation. The wind farm, located 2.5 miles east of 1Howden, in the East Riding of Yorkshire, consists of 10 MM92 REpower machines.
