HB Estate Developers soars on getting rating revision from ICRA for term loan

HB Estate Developers is currently trading at Rs 20.00, up by 0.80 points or 4.17% from its previous closing of Rs 19.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 20.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs 20.05 and Rs 20.00 respectively.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 42.50 on 03-Jan-2011 and a 52 week low of Rs 18.40 on 27-Dec-2011.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 21.80 and Rs 18.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 24.08 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 63.01% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.01% and 36.98% respectively.

Credit rating agency, ICRA has revised the rating outstanding for the Rs 150 crore term loan programme of HB Estate Developers to ‘ICRA BB’ from ‘ICRA BBB-‘ earlier. The outlook on the long term rating is stable.

HB Estate Developers is primarily engaged in the development of commercial complexes. The Company is also planning to enter into development of residential complexes.
