Kemrock discontinues joint venture with Germany based SAERTEX

Kemrock Industries and Exports (Kemrock) has discontinued its joint venture (JV) - SAERTEX-KEMROCK India with effect from December 28, 2011. The JV is been discontinued with the mutual agreement of both the partners, in view of the change in business plan of the foreign JV partner.

SAERTEX-KEMROCK India is a 50:50 JV between Kemrock Industries and Exports and SAERTEX Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Germany.

Further, the said entity is now being a wholly owned subsidiary and has been renamed as Kemrock Aerospace India. The company shall continue to forge ahead with its plan to manufacture materials and components for aeronautical industry with suitable partner(s) already under consideration.

Kemrock manufactures and exports high-performance reinforced thermoset composites, commercially known as GRP/FRP Composites. It manufactures products for major industrial sectors and its product range comprises of gratings, poles, pipes, scaffolding (access system), pultruded profiles, cable management system, cage ladders, windmill blades and nacelle covers, railway interiors and exteriors, SMC/ FRP Doors, telecom towers etc.
