Cox and Kings sells Camping division of its arm to Homair Vacances

Cox & Kings has sold Camping Division of its subsidiary Holidaybreak to Homair Vacances for a total consideration of 89.2 million pound, following the approval of the deal from the Competition and Markets Authority.

The Camping Division provides outdoor family holidays on over 170 third-party owned campsites across 12 European countries. Cox & Kings acquired the Camping Division as part of its acquisition of Holidaybreak in 2011. Homair Vacances is a major operator in relation to outdoor holidays in France.

Cox & Kings is the longest established travel company in the world since 1758. It operates across 4 continents and 25 countries. In India, Cox & Kings has 12 branch sales offices and 150 Franchisee located across the country.
