Reliance Infrastructure is currently trading at Rs 407.10, up by 3.85 points or 0.95% from its previous closing of Rs 403.25 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs 401.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs 410.00 and Rs 400.00 respectively. So far 63518 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 839.00 on 13-Jan-2011 and a 52 week low of Rs 328.35 on 02-Jan-2012.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 412.05 and Rs 347.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 10709.93 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 48.40% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 36.06% and 14.94% respectively. Reliance Infrastructure (RInfra) has completed four-laning of 90 km from Trichy to Dindigul, in Tamilnadu. The company will begin Toll collection from midnight of January 11 for the build, operate and transfer project, constructed at a cost Rs 600 crore.
The National Highways Authority of India’s contract to RInfra involves a concession period of 30 years. Further, the company will maintain the existing 4-lane road. For reducing stopover time at the toll plaza, an advanced toll management services has been installed to automate tolling which provides CCTVs, speed detectors and other services to monitor traffic flow on the road.
With this, 10 of its projects are operational and expected to generate over Rs 10 billion. RInfra expects a rise 10-12% growth in traffic year-on-year in its road assets.
Reliance Infrastructure has six road projects in the Tamilnadu, such as Nammakal-Karur, Dindigul-Samyanallore, Trichy-Karur, Trichy-Dindigul, Salem-Ulundurpet and Hosur-Krishnagiri.
