Moser Baer trades jubilantly on bagging contracts in Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Rajasthan

Moser Baer India is currently trading at Rs. 9.41, up by 1.24 points or 15.18% from its previous closing of Rs. 8.17 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 8.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 9.80 and Rs. 7.80 respectively. So far 859496 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 12.88 on 11-Jul-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2.84 on 20-Dec-2013.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 9.20 and Rs. 7.83 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 173.10 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 32.37% while Non-Institutions held 67.63% stake in the company.

Moser Baer Solar (MBSL) has bagged the contracts in three states- Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Rajasthan and emerged as No. 1 player in the state run programs for rooftop solar installation. The announcement comes on the back of Bridge to India report which placed Moser Baer Solar as the undisputed leader in grid tied systems for 2 years in a row. 

The company is now focusing on the residential rooftop segment. The company has introduced many unique products and technologies to address local requirements of each state and residential segment in general.
