The company achieved COD as per letter dated December 17, 2014 from PWD Rajasthan and URS Scott Wilson India. OM Metals Infraprojects has 49% shareholding in the SPV Company.
The project is on public private partnership (PPP) model by Public works Department, Government of Rajasthan on Design Build Finance Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) basis for a concession period of 22 years.
