Rico Auto spurts on divesting 50% stake in FCC RICO

Rico Auto Industries is currently trading at Rs. 48.40, up by 2.15 points or 4.65% from its previous closing of Rs. 46.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 46.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 49.75 and Rs. 46.00 respectively. So far 536280 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 50.35 on 05-Dec-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 7.72 on 05-Feb-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 46.60 and Rs. 38.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 653.43 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 50.10 % while Non-Institutions held 49.89% of the stake.

Rico Auto Industries has divested its entire 50% stake in FCC RICO, its erstwhile joint venture with FCC Company, Japan, on December 23, 2014, by way of sale of its entire stake to affiliates of FCC Company, Japan which are FCC Group Companies. FCC RICO is now entirely a FCC Group held company.
