Hindustan Unilever gains on inking agreement with HDFC

Hindustan Unilever is currently trading at Rs. 764.20, up by 5.60 points or 0.74% from its previous closing of Rs. 758.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 764.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 767.20 and Rs. 758.05 respectively. So far 16,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 828.75 on 08-Dec-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 536.00 on 15-Jan-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 767.20 and Rs. 744.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1,65,314.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 67.24% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 18.96% and 13.80% respectively.

Hindustan Unilever (HUL) and Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) have signed an agreement for assignment of HUL’s leasehold rights of the land and building situated on Plot Nos. 165 and 166 of the Backbay Reclamation Estate, Fort Division, Mumbai in state of Maharashtra.
