Vaibhav Global surges on repaying outstanding working capital term loan

Vaibhav Global is currently trading at Rs. 701.95, up by 27.65 points or 4.10% from its previous closing of Rs. 674.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 674.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 703.00 and Rs. 674.50 respectively. So far 11,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 975.00 on 26-Aug-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 479.00 on 20-Nov-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 703.00 and Rs. 651.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2,276.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 40.67% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 18.15% and 14.14% respectively.

Vaibhav Global has repaid the entire amount of outstanding working capital term loan (WCTL) of Rs 9.04 crore including interest to consortium bankers.

Vaibhav Global is engaged in selling of fashion jewellery and lifestyle products in the US, the UK and Canada via its own TV shopping and e-commerce platforms. It currently has access to 96 million households in US and the UK.
