HS India rises on getting nod to sell investment in Kesar Motels

HS India is currently trading at Rs. 6.11, up by 0.03 points or 0.49% from its previous closing of Rs. 6.08 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 6.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 6.63 and Rs. 5.86 respectively. So far 3068 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 10.50 on 17-Feb-2011 and a 52 week low of Rs. 4.70 on 20-Dec-2011.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 6.63 and Rs. 5.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 9.92 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 38.91% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.85% and 59.25% respectively.

HS India gets nod to sell investment in Kesar Motels  The company will sell the same at a consideration of Rs 406 per share   HS India has received its board’s approval to sale investment of 25,000 equity shares of Kesar Motels to Sai Ram Krupa Hotels at a consideration of Rs 406 per share amounting to Rs 1,01,50,000.

HS India, formerly known as Hotel Silver Plaza, runs 136 rooms, three-star hotel, Lord’s Plaza, in Surat, in franchise agreement with Lords Inn and Hotels Developers promoted by Bansal and his associates.
