KEC International bags orders worth Rs 1565 crore

KEC International, a global infrastructure EPC major, an RPG Group company has secured new orders worth Rs 1565 crore in its Transmission & Distribution and Cables businesses. Under cables business, the company has secured orders worth Rs 107 crore for the supply of Power and Telecom Cables.

Under transmission & distribution businesses, the company has secured orders in India, Bangladesh, Oman, Malaysia and the Americas amounting to Rs 1458 crore. In India, the company has won orders worth Rs 1185 crore, while the company has bagged order worth Rs 251 crore internationally. On international front, the company has won order for construction of transmission lines and supply of transmission towers in Bangladesh, Oman and Malaysia. In Americas, SAE Towers, the wholly owned subsidiary of the company has secured orders for the supply of lattice towers, monopoles and hardware from the United States and Brazil. The total value of these orders is Rs 22 crore.

KEC International is a global infrastructure Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) major. It has a presence in the verticals of power transmission, power systems, cables, railways, telecom and water.
