Surana Telecom and Power is planning to setup 10MW Solar Power Plant at Kolanupaka Village, Aler Mandal, Nalgonda District, Telangana State. The total investment outlay is estimated to Rs 82.80 crore. The project company has entered into long term PPA with a Multi National Company for supply of Power under Open Access Route.
The project will also be titled to REC benefit. Further the project is expected to commission by December, 2015. Further, the company has disinvested and exited its Equity shares of 49% in Joint Venture Radiant Alliance.
The company currently operates in two main business segments & Power Sector. In its list of products it has Jelly Filled Telephone Cables, Optical Fiber Cables, Assembly of CDMA Mobile handsets Fixed wireless Telephones, Power Cables.
