Z F Steering surges on inking Memorandum of Co-operation with JSC ‘Bate’

ZF Steering Gear (India) is currently trading at Rs 1070.00, up by 28.25 points or 2.71% from its previous closing of Rs. 1041.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1061.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1070.00 and Rs. 1052.25 respectively.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1370.00 on 13-Apr-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 366.65 on 14-Aug-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1100.00 and Rs. 1014.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 969.26 crore.

Z F Steering Gear (India) has signed a Memorandum of Co-operation with JSC ‘Bate’ managing company of the holding ‘Automotive Components’, the Republic of Belarus, to develop scientific, technical, industrial and commercial co-operation and to implement joint projects, develop and sale of various products/ components.

The company recently received the first order from Belarus, from the company AVTOGYDROUSILITEL (AGU) located at Borisov, a group company of BATE holding company, valued at Rs 4.5 crore for supply of components.
