State Bank of Travancore opens a customer care centre in Thiruvananthapuram

State Bank of Travancore (SBT) has opened a customer care centre ‘SBT Care’ at Pattom in Thiruvananthapuram. The center will be manned by bank’s own staff with good banking exposure to ensure caller satisfaction. This new center will provide information on products and services, support and guidance on banking matters and redressal of customer issues.

Callers may access the facility through toll-free number 1800-425-7733 to access information on loan and deposit products. Other services offered include ATM card trouble shooting, Internet and mobile banking support, and receipt of complaints and grievances.

State Bank of Travancore (SBT) was incorporated in 1945 as Travancore Bank sponsored by the erstwhile princely state of Travancore. Under a special statute of the Indian Parliament (SBI subsidiary Banks Act 1959) it has been made an Associate of the State Bank of India and a member of the State Bank Group, the largest banking group in India. The Bank is alive to its developmental role and actively participates in meeting need based requirements of Small and Medium Enterprises and Agriculture.
