ABB India surges on plan to raise Rs 600 crore through NCDs

ABB India is currently trading at Rs. 1382.00, up by 19.50 points or 1.43% from its previous closing of Rs. 1362.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1371.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1386.85 and Rs. 1367.60 respectively. So far 6754 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1525.00 on 19-Feb-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 956.10 on 18-Aug-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1386.85 and Rs. 1294.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 29314.35 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.00% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.07% and 7.93% respectively.

ABB India has received its board's approval to raise Rs 600 crore through non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis. The issuance would be subject to the approval of the shareholders by way of a special resolution through postal ballot.
