Rossell India sells its entire stake in Sigma Microsystems

Rossell India has sold its entire shareholding of 5,62,500 equity shares of Rs 10 each in Sigma Microsystems, Hyderabad representing 56.25% equity share capital of Sigma to Hyderabad -based Skanda Aerospace. Recently, the company signed the share purchase agreement with Hyderabad-based Skanda Aerospace to sell and transfer its entire shareholding in Sigma Microsystems

Consequently, Sigma has ceased to be the company’s subsidiary company.

Rossell India operates as a subsidiary of BMG Enterprises and engaged in manufacturing of black tea. The company owns tea estates in India.
