S&S Power Switchgear has informed that the following changes have taken place in the Board of Directors of the Company that Santhanakrishnan Radhika, Additional Director resigned from the Board with effect from March 31, 2015 and the same was approved and taken note by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on April 27, 2015; Ashish Sushil Jalan, Director who was liable to retire by rotation at the Thirty Seventh Annual General Meeting held on August 14, 2015, expressed his willingness and being eligible offers himself for re-appointment, reappointed as Director by the Shareholders; Ajay Kumar Dhagat, Additional Director of the Company has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director by the Shareholders at their Thirty Seventh Annual General Meeting held on August 14, 2015 for a period of 5 years; Deepak Jugal Kishore Chowdhary, Non Executive Director of the Company has been appointed as an Independent Director by the Shareholders at their Thirty Seventh Annual General Meeting held on August 14, 2015 for a period of 5 years; Nandakumar Sundarrman, Non Executive Director of the Company has been appointed as an Independent Director by the Shareholders at their Thirty Seventh Annual General Meeting held on August 14, 2015 for a period of 5 years ; and Sundaranurthi Kumar, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on February 09, 2015.
