Project Panchdeep will allow insured people to avail of medical services at any ESIC facility across India. With each insured person being given two biometric cards (one for himself and one for his family), family members can avail medical services even when the insured person is away at another location. The solution has also enabled automation, resulting in faster processing of claims, increased operational efficiency and improved decision making.
