The multilingual service would be available in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kanada and Bengali. Any stakeholder can access the ethic helpline service through e-mail, telephone, mail and fax and the system will strictly maintain the confidentiality of the identity of informants.
