Redington (India) advances on plans to distribute Parallels software for Mac machines

Redington (India) is currently trading at Rs. 90.50, up by 0.30 points or 0.33% from its previous closing of Rs. 90.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 90.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 91.50 and Rs. 90.00 respectively. So far 21330 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 102.00 on 29-Jul-2011 and a 52 week low of Rs. 65.05 on 20-Dec-2011.

Redington (India) has been appointed as a national distributor by Parallels International GmbH, a worldwide leader in virtualization and automation software, for the Parallels software for Mac machines, an interface to switch between Windows and Apple operating systems simultaneously.

With this, the company anticipates leveraging its existing relationship with Apple resellers to promote distribution of their product.
