Ruchi Soya soars on launching Nutrela RiceBran Plus cooking oil in West Bengal

Ruchi Soya Industries is currently trading at Rs. 31.30, up by 1.35 points or 4.51% from its previous closing of Rs. 29.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 30.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 31.85 and Rs. 30.30 respectively. So far 316801 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 46.40 on 06-Apr-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 20.65 on 16-Feb-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 33.20 and Rs. 29.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1045.74 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.88% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 16.73% and 27.39% respectively.

Ruchi Soya Industries has launched the Nutrela RiceBran Plus cooking oil in West Bengal. The rising health concerns and the growing awareness of benefits of rice bran oil made it inevitable for the company to lead to its introduction.

Nutrela RiceBran Plus is being launched selectively as of now in eastern parts of the country and gradually will be expanded by the company in other markets.

Ruchi Soya is India’s leading FMCG Company, India’s number one cooking oil and soy food maker and marketer. It is also the highest exporter of soya meal, lecithin and other food ingredients from India.
