Indian Bank moves up on raising Rs 500 crore from Rural Electrification Corporation

Indian Bank is currently trading at Rs. 104.85, up by 0.15 points or 0.14% from its previous closing of Rs. 104.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 103.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 107.20 and Rs. 103.50 respectively. So far 7024 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 177.00 on 15-Apr-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 76.00 on 29-Feb-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 107.20 and Rs. 100.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5093.49 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 82.10% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.41% and 3.48% respectively.

Indian Bank has successfully raised Rs 500 crore under Basel III compliant Additional Tier I Bonds on March 30, 2016 with a coupon of 11.15% per annum from Rural Electrification Corporation.
