KNR Constructions gains on receiving order worth Rs 414.90 crore

KNR Constructions is currently trading at Rs. 522.40, up by 7.40 points or 1.44% from its previous closing of Rs. 515.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 576.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 576.90 and Rs. 522.40 respectively.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 651.75 on 19-Nov-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 408.00 on 12-Feb-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 576.90 and Rs. 503.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1,469.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 60.75% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 27.93% and 11.32% respectively.

KNR Constructions has been awarded by Chief Engineer (NHDP IV), Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, New Delhi, an order worth Rs 414.90 crore towards ‘Rehabilitation and up-gradation of NH-209 from Km.123.550 to Km.150.400 of Dindigul - Bangalore Road (Pollachi to Coimbatore Section) to four lane with paved shoulder in the state of Tamil Nadu under NHDP-IV’ on EPC basis to be completed within a period of 24 months from the appointed date.

KNR Construction is a multidomain infrastructure project development company providing (EPC) engineering, procurement and construction services across various fast growing sectors namely roads & highways, irrigation and urban water infrastructure management.
