ZF Steering Gear India starts commercial production of expanded capacity at Pune factory

ZF Steering Gear India has started the commercial production of the expanded capacity at its factory located at Gat no. 1242/1244, village Vadu Budruk, Shirur district, Pune. Before the expansion of the installed capacity, the company use to produce 3 lakh hydraulic power steering gears annually. Now, under the capacity expansion plan, the number stands at 3.75 lakh units. However, the annual capacity of mechanical steering gears remains unchanged at 2 lakh units.

The company offers a wide range of products such as Ball and Nut Integral Hydraulic Power Steering Gears for Heavy Commercial vehicles, Integral hydraulic Power Steering Gears for Medium and Light Commercial Vehicles, Power steering gears for SUV and off road vehicles, Vane pumps, Oil reservoirs, Steering columns, Drop arms, Intermediate shafts, Universal joints, Bevel gear boxes and Power Rack and Pinion Steering system for Passanger Car.
