Oriental Bank of Commerce gains on plan to raise Rs 1,000 crore through bonds

Oriental Bank of Commerce is currently trading at Rs. 106.55, up by 0.45 points or 0.42% from its previous closing of Rs. 106.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 107.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 107.90 and Rs. 105.90 respectively. So far 150643 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 189.00 on 13-Jul-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 75.30 on 29-Feb-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 107.15 and Rs. 93.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3672.87 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.17%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 32.97% and 11.86% respectively.

Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC) is planning to  raise capital worth Rs 1,000 crore through Basel-III-compliant tier-II bonds. ICRA has granted ‘AA’ rating for the bonds.
