Punj Lloyd zooms as its arm disinvests entire stake in Simon Carves Engineering for $2 million

Punj Lloyd is currently trading at Rs 20.80, up by 1.10 points or 5.58% from its previous closing of Rs 19.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 21.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 21.20 and Rs. 20.55 respectively. So far 331872 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 35.80 on 06-Aug-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 17.65 on 07-Jun-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 21.20 and Rs. 19.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 687.44 crore.

Punj Lloyd’s subsidiary - Pt Engineering has sold its entire shareholding in its wholly owned subsidiary registered in United Kingdom ‘Simon Carves Engineering’ for $2 million on August 02, 2016. Simon Carves Engineering has been sold to Engineers and Constructors International, Inc., a design and engineering company belonging to Mitsui Group, based out of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, US.
