Bombay Dyeing gains on acquiring 4.32% stake in Archway

Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Company is currently trading at Rs. 44.85, up by 0.20 points or 0.45% from its previous closing of Rs. 44.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 44.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 45.25 and Rs. 44.75 respectively. So far 41248 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 72.20 on 14-Oct-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 39.05 on 17-Feb-2016.

Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Company (BDMC) has acquired 4.32% of equity share capital amounting 2,24,400 equity shares of Archway Investment Company (Archway) from minority shareholders. By this acquisition, Archway has become wholly owned subsidiary of BDMC.

Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company is a holding company that is engaged in finishing of cotton and blended cotton textiles; manufacturing of bedding, quilts, pillows and sleeping bags; real estate activities, and manufacturing of polyester Staple Fiber (PSF).
