Cox & Kings owned Meininger Hotels inks management contract for hotel in Saint Petersburg

Cox & Kings owned Meininger Hotels has signed a management contract with VIY Management for a hotel in Saint Petersburg. The hotel will be situated in an old market hall located on 62 Sadovaya Street in the Admiralteysky district. The hotel will have 158 rooms and 548 beds and is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2018. The 158 rooms and 548 beds will be spread over two floors. The room types range from standard double rooms, to private rooms with multiple beds through to a bed in a dormitory.
