Renowned for the warmth and hospitality of its acclaimed in-flight service, a reflection of the high standards of the airlines’ structured and stringent in-flight training procedures, Jet Airways emerged victorious from amongst a field comprising several of the world's leading airlines. The company received the award at a glittering function in Mumbai attended by several luminaries from the trade and travel industry.
This award is based on an exhaustive readers response study conducted through an online poll and magazine, seeks to recognize and honour the best in class destinations, organizations and service providers based on an objective study conducted by Lonely Planet.
