India Home Loan advances on entering into MoU with SUDA

India Home Loan is currently trading at Rs. 100.85, up by 3.45 points or 3.54% from its previous closing of Rs. 97.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 103.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 103.00 and Rs. 97.95 respectively. So far 13,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'XD' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 124.85 on 14-Feb-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 35.00 on 18-May-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 108.95 and Rs. 96.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 144.03 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 40.19%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.07% and 59.74% respectively.

India Home Loan has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Surat Urban Development Authority (SUDA) for facilitating housing loans to borrowers under economically weaker sections (EWS) for buying houses/flats under the scheme of Mukhyamantri Gruh Yojna at various locations in city of Surat.

India Home Loan is engaged in providing housing finance for the purchase and construction of house and apartments.
