Allahabad Bank has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2017.
The Bank has reported net profit of Rs 111.16 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 as compared to net loss of Rs 681.13 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the Bank increased by 1.06% at Rs 5105.07 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 5051.38 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2016.
For the year ended March 31, 2017, the Bank has posted net loss at Rs 313.51 crore as compared to Rs 743.31 crore in FY16. Total income of Bank decreased by 2.36% at Rs 20304.72 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 20795.07 crore for the year ended March 31, 2016.
For the year ended March 31, 2017, on the consolidated basis, the Bank has posted net loss at Rs 279 crore as compared to Rs 719.84 crore in the previous year. Total income of the Bank decreased by 2.04% at Rs 20578.94 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 21006.81 crore for the year ended March 31, 2016.
