Punj Lloyd Group has bagged contract worth Rs 99 crore contract for the construction of 194 villas at Kolkata West international City (KWIC), a satellite township in West Bengal, India. The project is scheduled to be completed in 15 months.
Situated on the National Highway 6, KWIC, a self-contained city coming up on a sprawling 400-acre land space, is located at West of Howrah. Once completed, the township will be well equipped with modern housing, commercial establishments, recreational centres, hospitals, and other modern amenities,
Recently, the company had won order worth Rs 330 crore from Indian Strategic Petroleum Reserves, a wholly owned subsidiary of Oil Industry Development Board, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas for setting up process facilities and utilities at an upcoming crude oil storage cavern in Mangalore. This is the first cavern project for the group.
