Aban Offshore moves up on its arm incorporating new subsidiary company

Aban Offshore is currently trading at Rs. 199.00, up by 0.35 points or 0.18% from its previous closing of Rs. 198.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 197.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 202.20 and Rs. 196.35 respectively. So far 154734 shares were traded on the counter.

Aban Offshore’s stepdown subsidiary-- Aban Singapore has incorporated a new subsidiary Aban Hydrocarbons, with paid up capital of $100. The new subsidiary company is incorporated to facilitate the group to participate in more tenders.

Aban Offshore is engaged in the business of providing offshore drilling and production services. The Company's operating segments include offshore oil drilling and production services, and wind power generation (Wind energy). It is also engaged in the ownership and operation of wind turbines for generation of wind power in India.
