NBCC inches up on bagging new order worth $23 million in Mauritius

NBCC (India) is currently trading at Rs. 251.40, up by 0.05 points or 0.02% from its previous closing of Rs. 251.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 252.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 252.65 and Rs. 250.00 respectively. So far 41,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 291.75 on 08-Nov-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 143.41 on 26-Dec-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 265.80 and Rs. 250.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 22,626.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.00%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.76% and 9.24% respectively.

NBCC (India) has secured new business valuing $23 million for Social Housing Units in Mauritius. Earlier, the company had signed an agreement with the Republic of Mauritius for Construction of Social Housing Units in Mauritius valuing $22 million (Rs 150 crore approximately). The Government of Mauritius has now increased the number of housing units and revised the project cost to $45 million (Rs 300 crore approximately).

NBCC (India) is one of the few public sector companies engaged in the business of project management consultancy services for civil construction projects (PMC), civil infrastructure for power sector and real estate development.
