Tata Power organizes training program for school students in Pune

Tata Power has organized a training program for the school students in Pune to educate them on life skills for being responsible citizens. Around 262 students from 4 schools were benefitted through the training sessions. The objective of the initiative was to provide the students with the right knowledge and tools that will enable them to grow as better individuals and make a positive impact to the society.

As part of the program ‘Training for Trainers’, 10 social workers and school teachers from secondary schools, conducted the training over a period of three days and touched upon topics such as self-awareness, social powers, gender discrimination etc. In addition to the social issues, the students were also exposed to other significant subjects related to finance, savings, reproduction, health and menstruation care etc.
