Housing and Urban Development Corporation’s (HUDCO) Research and Training Wing -- the Human Settlement Management Institute (HSMI) has successfully conducted the 37th International Training Programme for Overseas Professionals ‘Planning and Management of Urban Services’ from January 15, 2018 to March 09, 2018.
The training programme was organized with support of Ministry of External Affairs under the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC), Special Commonwealth Assistance for Africa (SCAAP) and the TCS Colombo plan. The programme was attended by 23 participants from 15 countries.
HUDCO finances social housing and residential real estate through primarily lending to State Governments and their agencies, which, in turn, extend the finance to or utilise the finance for the ultimate individual beneficiaries.
