Adani Transmission surges on acquiring entire stake in FBTL

Adani Transmission is currently trading at Rs. 186.05, up by 3.40 points or 1.86% from its previous closing of Rs. 182.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 184.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 187.10 and Rs. 184.20 respectively. So far 10516 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 252.00 on 18-Jan-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 62.00 on 29-Mar-2017.

Adani Transmission has acquired 100% equity share capital of Fatehgarh-Bhadla Transmission (FBTL) from PFC Consulting (PFCCL) on March 14, 2018. FBTL was incorporated in December 2016 by PFCCL to establish Transmission System for Ultra Mega Solar Park in Fatehgarh, District Jaisalmerin Rajasthan. The company has acquired it from PFCCL pursuant to tariff based competitive bidding process carried out by PFCCL.
