Bharat Financial trades in green on the BSE

Bharat Financial Inclusion is currently trading at Rs. 1080.80, up by 6.10 points or 0.57% from its previous closing of Rs. 1074.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1079.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1089.85 and Rs. 1077.20 respectively. So far 56311 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1107.00 on 22-Mar-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 650.60 on 24-May-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1107.00 and Rs. 1054.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 15073.15 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 1.65%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 84.69% and 13.66% respectively.

Bharat Financial Inclusion has assigned two pools of receivables of an aggregative value of Rs 1,391 crore, on 23 March 2018 with a leading public sector bank and a leading private sector bank on direct assignment basis as per the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India.

With these transactions, the company has completed six direct assignment transactions worth Rs 3,328.32 crore in FY18.
