Brandhouse Retails trades in green on the BSE

Brandhouse Retails is currently trading at Rs. 14.93, up by 0.02 points or 0.13% from its previous closing of Rs. 14.91 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 14.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 15.25 and Rs. 14.50 respectively. So far 15648 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 24.00 on 25-Jul-2011 and a 52 week low of Rs. 9.35 on 29-Dec-2011.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 16.20 and Rs. 14.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 79.55 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.73% while Non-Institutions held 44.27%.

Brandhouse Retails and dunhill have mutually decided to discontinue the Indian operations for the brand. Brandhouse Retails is the Master Franchisee for dunhill brand in India. The total sale of the current operation of dunhill in India is less than 1% of the consolidated sales of company.

This development will have no impact on the current business and profitability of Brandhouse Retails as per the company's assessment.

Brandhouse Retails, (BHRL) sets up and manages exclusive brand outlets for the following brands; Reid & Taylor, Belmonte, Stephens Brothers, Carmichael House and leading international luxury brands like Escada and Alfred Dunhill.
