Cochin Shipyard eyes ship repair revenue to grow to Rs 1200 crore in 3 years: Report

Cochin Shipyard is reportedly expecting its revenues from ship repairing operations to grow around Rs 1200 crore in the next three years, with its ongoing and upcoming expansion projects which will help the company free up more space for repairing large international vessels.

The company is expanding ship repairing capabilities at Mumbai and Kolkata and also planning to set up a facility in the Andaman Nicobar islands.

Cochin Shipyard is the first Greenfield and presently the most modern shipbuilding and ship repair yard in India. The company caters to clients engaged in India’s defence segment and global commercial shipping sector.
