Reliance Capital strengthened on raising Rs 150 crore via NCDs

Reliance Capital is currently trading at Rs. 386.60, up by 2.50 points or 0.65% from its previous closing of Rs. 384.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 385.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 389.00 and Rs. 383.50 respectively. So far 34775 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 797.04 on 01-Sep-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 334.50 on 16-Jul-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 389.00 and Rs. 341.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 9706.55 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 52.23%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 28.91% and 18.87% respectively.

Reliance Capital has raised funds worth Rs 150 crore through issue of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The Deemed date of allotment is July 24, 2018, with tenure of 457 days from the Deemed Date of Allotment and has a maturity on October 24, 2018. The coupon interest is 9.25% per annum.
