Birla Corporations’ wholly owned subsidiary -- RCCPL (formally known as Reliance Cement Company) has planning to set up 3.90 million tone greenfield integrated cement plant at Mukutban in Maharashtra with a 40 MW Captive Power Plant and a 10.60 MW Waste Heat Recovery System.
The board of director of RCCPL at their meeting held on August 4, 2018, has approved the proposal to set up the new cement plant which will enhance the capacity from 5.58 million tone to 9.48 million tone. The greenfield project will need an investment of Rs 2,450 crore which will be financed by mix of debt and internal accruals.
