BLS International Services rises on acquiring Starfin India

BLS International Services is currently trading at Rs. 183.85, up by 0.25 points or 0.14% from its previous closing of Rs. 183.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 187.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 191.00 and Rs. 183.85 respectively. So far 14775 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 293.00 on 10-Jan-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 115.00 on 28-Mar-2018.

BLS International Services through its wholly owned subsidiary company (WOS) -- BLS E-Services -- has acquired Delhi based Starfin India, a Banking Business Correspondent of India’s largest bank - State Bank of India (SBI).

The company has over 1500 active customer service centres and aiming to provide a ready customer base, wide geographical reach, trained and enthusiastic local entrepreneurs (franchisees) and a strong relationship with SBI.
