Karnataka Bank launches ‘Recovery Management Initiative’

Karnataka Bank has envisaged setting up of ‘Regional Collection Hubs’ across the country for Recovery Management under the loan accounts. The Bank has taken this step as part of transformation initiatives under ‘KBL VIKAAS’. This hub will consist of Centralized Contact Centre, Regional Retail Collection Team, Regional Corporate Collection Team and Credit Monitoring Team, all of these together will ensure timely collection of dues under loan accounts by ensuring credit discipline among the clients. It is envisaged that this recovery mechanism will help the Bank to ensure a healthy credit portfolio in the days to come.

Karnataka Bank operates as a private sector bank. Its products and services include current account, demand, time, cumulative, cash certificates, insurance linked savings bank deposits, resident foreign currency accounts and senior citizens deposit schemes.
