Asis Logistics has informed that the Honorable National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Ahmedabad bench ordered commencement of corporate insolvency resolution process in respect of the company on January 11, 2018 under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (Code). The NCLT appointed Resolution Professional (RP) for the management of affairs of the Company. In terms of the provision of Section 17(1) (b) of the Code, the powers of the Board of Directors of the Company stood suspended and are being exercised by the Resolution Professional. Further, pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the Unaudited Financial Results for Quarter ended 30th September 2018 will be placed for approval before the Resolution Professional at the meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on Wednesday the 14th November 2018 at A-Wing, 2nd Floor, Mhatre Pen Building, Senapati Bapat Marg, Dadar West, Mumbai 400 028. This Notice is available on the Company's website www.asislogisitcs.com. In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Regulation 12 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from November 05, 2018 to November 16, 2018. This communication had already been circulated to all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees.
